For Christopher Adeleke, real estate is more than a career – it's a way of life. "I'm deeply connected to Miami and its many diverse experiences," he says. "My entire philosophy is about delivering the best this city has to offer, not only in real estate but in entertainment, the arts, business, fine dining, the outdoors, and all other aspects as well." That dedication to excellence also extends to Christopher's own professional achievements. He has been one of Miami's Top Producing Realtors since 2011, and has continued to lead the way in sales volume in the years since. Christopher was also selected as a 2015 Council Member for the Young Professional Network of the Miami Association of Realtors, which oversaw more than 37,000 members. Christopher was awarded Douglas Elliman’s Top 8% of Agents company-wide.
Even with his significant real estate accomplishments, it is Christopher's vibrant personality, exceptional taste, and commitment to personal service that clients appreciate most. He has worked with numerous celebrity clients, including Billboard Charts recording artists, NFL athletes, reality television stars, prominent businesspeople, and individual buyers and sellers from all over the world – always treating everyone to superior A-list service and a passion for making their real estate dreams come true. "There is only one suitable outcome for me when it comes to any transaction… complete and total client satisfaction with every part of the experience," says Christopher. To that end, he provides a wide array of services to clients with expertise in purchases, sales, rentals, investment properties, multi-unit sales, developer sales, and in-depth knowledge of many popular neighborhoods.
Born and raised in Miami, Christopher spent his childhood pretending to be a realtor and hosting open houses for family and friends. Today, his areas of specialization include Brickell, Downtown Miami, the Design District, South Beach, Coral Gables, East Edgewater, Coconut Grove, and beyond. "Wherever my clients want to be, or wherever I know there is an excellent fit for their needs, I make myself an expert in that location," he explains.
When he graduated in 2008, he had earned degrees in both Business Management and Real Estate. As well, he is a Board Member for the Orphaned Starfish Foundation, which provides vocational skills to underprivileged children around the world so that they may escape poverty, and he is a member of the Perez Art Museum's Young Professionals Group, PAMM Contemporaries, Frost Museum of Science's Young Patrons, and Friends of the Underline.
